This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pawana PS Case No. 05 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 376(d) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation levelled against the petitioner by the prosecutrix, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner is accordingly rejected.
