2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 698 of 2019 registered under Sections 326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that almost all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded soon.
