Patna High Court MJC No.888 of 2023(4) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted by referring to the supplementary show cause, filed in the present case that the encroachment in question has stood removed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.9.2022, passed in CWJC No. 6163 of 2022. 2.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the encroachment has resurfaced or any part of the same is remaining to be removed, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
