Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 209/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of any assault against him and the parties have entered into a compromise.

Considering the above facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.31566 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ld. S.D.J.M, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 209/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the court below shall verify the genuineness of the compromise. If it is found that the compromise has taken place between the parties then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted. If it is found that no such compromise has taken place, in such a situation, the court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and he shall be taken into custody.
