====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown accused persons made firing as a result of which one Gabbar sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of Excise Act in which he is on bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24199 of 2024(6) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sitamarhi in Sonbarsa Police Station Case No. 261 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
