The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.12.2022.

As per the F.I.R, on 10.08.2022, the informant had parked his vehicle in question. On the next date, he found that his vehicle was missing and was become traceless. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24148 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 Daudnagar in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Khizersarai Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
