2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ commanding the Respondent to make payment o Honorarium/ salary to the petitioner which are due since November 2015 to till now for the working the work as 'Naya Mitra' by the petitioner is Gram Kachari at Village Ratwara, Block Bajpatti, District Sitamarhi."

3. Short question for consideration is whether petitioner is entitled to Honorarium/salary attached to the post of Nyay Mitra or not? In this regard, petitioner has submitted representation on 13.03.2020 and 11.12.2019 (Annexure-5 and 6 respectively).

4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner and redress the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, petitioner is entitled to interest @ 8% per annum on arrears of salary to be paid by the respondents to the petitioner.

5. with the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
