Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially, registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

The name of the petitioner was disclosed by co- accused and after that one looted mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.1.2016 and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bihar P.S. Case no. 386/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
