The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 466 of 2014, registered for offences punishable under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has surfaced in this case only on the basis of confessional statement made before the Police by co-accused persons, namely, Arun Kumar and Prashant Kumar. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that he has no criminal antecedent and his name has surfaced in this case only on account of confessional statements made by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44029 of 2015 (5) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 other co-accused persons, namely, Arun Kumar and Prashant Kumar, who have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champarant, Motihari in connection with Sugaulil P.S. Case No. 466 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
