ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2016 in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the mobile number which is alleged to have been used for demand of rangdari, does not belong to the petitioner. Furthermore, his name has come on the confessional statement made before the police by one Baidnath Paswan which has no evidentiary value.

Considering the nature of allegation made and that the

Case No.42 of 2016.
