3. The Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya Barauni, P.O. and P.S. Barauni, District- Begusarai .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

A simple matter has compelled the petitioner to come to this Court because of inaction of the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent No.2.

The petitioner's daughter is a student of the Central School, Barauni. It appears that the petitioner had filed an application on 17.08.2011 before the Principal of the said School for the correction of his daughter's name from Pooja Kumari to Pooja Ranjan along with affidavit and paper publication. However, in the AISSE' 2013 Certificate her name was mentioned as Pooja Kumari instead of Pooja Ranjan, for which purpose he approached the Central Board of Secondary Education through the Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education, Regional Office, Patna along with all necessary documents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14002 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Principal of the said School by his letter dated 28.05.2015 had again sent all the necessary documents as sought by respondent No.2 by his letter dated 17.11.2014, yet no action has been taken by him.

In the said circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation/recommendation aforesaid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
