ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by the order dated 25.5.2015 by which he was directed to file an affidavit that he is not an accused in any other case. However, since the Petitioner was an accused in one other case, such an affidavit could not be filed.

Since this is a second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender in the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order which shall consider that the Petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on merits.
