Petitioner seeks bail Alauli P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of trying to flee away alongwith stolen motorcycle from his house when police party raided his house.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner is is custody since 24.01.2022. From perusal of para 3 of the petition, it appears that petitioner has criminal history and has been earlier also involved in similar nature of offence, as such I am not inclined to enlarge

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
