Order No. 2, 3 dated 21.03.2014, 03.12.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50723 of 2013, 45573 of 2014 respectively are modified to the aforesaid extent and wherever in the two orders „Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif is incorporated, same be read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51987 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 Nalanda".

Modification Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
