Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is that he snatched bag containing Rs 50,000/- from the informant and handed over the same to his associates who fled away but the petitioner was caught on the spot.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, he has been roped in this case on mere suspicion. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
