JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Dehari(Dalmia Nagar)P.S. Case No. 258/15, instituted under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the petitioner used to collect large sums of money on the false assurance of getting job for the informant. It is alleged that the petitioner used to allure unsuspecting persons.

In the facts and circumstances, I direct that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court within four weeks, the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail, till the submission of chargesheet, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45221 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehari-on-Sone, Rohtas, in connection with Dehari(Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 258/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
