Petitioner is accused in connection with Bachhbara P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B/201/34 of the I.P.C.
The petitioner along with others F.I.R. named accused persons are said to have been involved in the commission of murder of the sister of the informant.
Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated coaccused persons namely, Chandra Shekhar Rai and Neetu Devi have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53122 of 2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48432 of 2016 (4) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bachhbara P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016.
