2. This appeal has been filed in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellants has been rejected.

3. As per prosecution case, on 11.12.2023 at about 10.15 AM, while the construction work of building of 'Jeevika Bhawan' was going on, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these appellants came and stopped the work. It is
