The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of the other accused person, Anil Kumar Karn @ Anil Das Karn @ Anil Kumar Karna, who is an advocate and he has already been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 25.05.2015 of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.13205 of 2015. It is further submitted that the deceased was an Advocate's clerk and the dead body has subsequently been recovered and after lodging of the F.I.R. by the Chowkidar, the father-in-law of the deceased after twelve days of the occurrence had come up making allegation against the petitioner and her

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also in view of the order dated 25.05.2015 of this Court, it is directed that the petitioner, Vimal Kumari @ Vimla Devi, in the event of her arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No.14 of 2006, corresponding to G.R. No.599 of 2006, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, subject to the other conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
