JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner is accused in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2016.
Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charge has been framed in the case and witnesses are being examined.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I do

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case within six months.
