JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and other persons, due to which they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence. He further submits that the injuries are

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
