The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada Police Station Case No. 229 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 427/ 506/353/149 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in this case is that the petitioner along with several other persons came in the Electricity Supply Station and assaulted the informant and also damaged the property. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioner in the F.I.R. but latter on, in his statement the informant stated that the accused persons including the petitioner damaged the mobile, kept at the table, and assaulted the informant. It has been submitted that during the course of investigation, it has come that the electric line was disturbed and that is why the petitioner and others made
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9057 of 2017 (3) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 protest in the electricity Board and at that time there was some hot exchange between the two sides.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 12th, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 229 of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and make himself available before the police as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the police on two consecutive dates, the prosecution shall be free to move for cancellation of his bail bonds and further petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
