29-07-2015 Heard Sri Kumar Vishoka Nand, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 4091 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 22-02-2012. By the said peremptory order, the petitioner was granted four weeks time to remove all the defects.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the defects have already been removed.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the petition stands allowed.

Let M.J.C. No. 4091 of 2011 be restored to its original file.
