1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs direction to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.5150 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/3 Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd. Begusarai for grant following relief/reliefs to the petitioners:- A. The Board of the respondent bank be directed to consider the claim of these petitioners for regularization of their services as Class-III and Class-IV posts in terms of the provisions of their own personal policy for absorption of employees working in the respondent bank on contract/ daily basis.

B. The issue of regularization of the services of these petitioners has been put on hold since long, because of the objection/ suggestion raised by the Respondent Managing Director. As per the respondent Managing Director the services of these petitioners can not be regularized in the establishment of the Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd. Begusarai in absence of approval by the Registrar Co-Operative Societies, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. Since the objection raised by the respondent Managing Director is completely illegal and also contrary to the order issued by the Registrar, Co-Operative Societies in the matter of regularization and appointment of employees as Class-III and IV posts in the bank services."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for consideration of their case for regularization/absorption on the Class-III and Class-IV posts.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5150 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 3/3 Liberty so sought is granted.
