Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52514 of 2021.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has not been framed till date and the case is fixed for framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2019.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in connection
