2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for cancellation of the bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 on the ground that the opposite party no. 2 and her husband are threatening the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not produce any document to show that the petitioner has moved the police regarding the threat.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdrawn this application with liberty to move the Superintendent of Police,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22539 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 Motihari, District- East Champaran regarding the threat and if the application of the petitioner is found to be true then she will be at liberty to file bail cancellation application in the court below itself.
