Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
From the possession of the petitioners about 10 Kg. of Ganja was recovered.
The petitioners are in custody since 21.09.2016. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail in connection with Special Case No. 15 of 2016 arising out of Nawgachiya Rail Police Station Case No. 27 of 2017 pending in the court of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55435 of 2016 (3) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 Special Judge-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khagaria, for the present.
Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
