The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 188 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of triple murder and during investigation, the materials have come against the petitioner to connect him with the crime.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
