ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 24.07.2015 passed by the Additional District Judge-V, Buxar by which it has rejected the petition under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in S.Tr. No. 241 of 2013 arising out of Brahmpur P.S Case No. 186 of 2012.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
