The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No.235 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Prosecution case as per FIR that on 21.09.2018, the informant on secret information raided the house of one Jagdish Chauhan and12 litres of countrymade liquor were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from joint family house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as assertion made in para 3 of the bail petition.
