This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9434 of 2024 through which petitioner, above named, has been granted bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 19.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9434 of 2024, where, in satisfaction portion of the bail petition has wrongly been typed as "Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in place of "Special Judge Excise, Patna City".

Accordingly, the satisfaction portion of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29303 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 bail order dated 19.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9434 of 2024 be modified and same be read as "Special Judge Excise, Patna City" in place of "Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. 5.

Hence, the modification application is allowed.
