Patna High Court CWJC No.4475 of 2026(3) dt.20-04-2026 3/3 P8, Pg.57) issued by the Block-Development Officercum-Executive Officer, Sadar Chapra giving notice to the directly elected members of the Panchayat Samiti, Sadar Chapra, Saran regarding the special meeting of no-confidence fixed on 28.03.2026 against the Pramukh (petitioner).

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the letter (Annexure-P9 Pg. 61) submitted to Block-Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer, Sadar Chapra on 18.03.2026 by 21 directly elected members of the Panchayat Samiti, Sadar Chapra by which date of special meeting for no-confidence motion has been fixed against the Pramukh (petitioner). III. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the requisition (Annexure-5, Pg.41) addressed to Pramukh but given by requisitionists on 02.03.2026 directly to the office of Block-Development Officer-cumExecutive Officer, Sadar Chapra requesting for convening special meeting of no-confidence motion against the petitioner (Pramukh)."

2. Mr. Devashish Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

3. In view of the above, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
