In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Shrinagar (Pujahan) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 354(C), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, this petitioner had approached this Court for anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5934 of 2018, which has been rejected vide order dated 02.02.2018. Learned counsel for the informant has appeared and supported the petitioner. However, looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1263 of 2019(5) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
