2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kusumbha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 dated 17.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the coaccused persons along with two unknown miscreants came to the house of the informant and the co-accused Kundan Kumar fired on the informant's niece Sudha Kumari due to which she succumbed to the injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

The specific allegation of firing is against the co-accused Kundan Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is a member of mob. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2025. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted regular bail by this court vide order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc No. 88365 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
