The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6800 of 2016, on the ground that the trial has not been concluded within nine months as per direction given by this Court and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 04.05.2015. Up-tillnow charge has not been framed till filing of this application and as such in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the daughter of the petitioner has stated regarding the assault committed by the petitioner and further disposal of the dead body also goes to reveal the hands of the petitioner in killing of his wife. In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5028 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Danapur. Let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after taking the same on priority basis.
