JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ------------- 10-02-2015 From perusal of the office note dated 29.01.2015 it appears that the present writ petition stood rejected as against the respondent nos. 4 and 5, the main contesting parties, on account of non-compliance of the court's peremptory order dated 13.08.2014. In absence of the respondent nos. 4 and 5, the issue raised herein in the present writ petition on behalf of the petitioners cannot be gone into.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition has become incompetent and cannot proceed further. Accordingly,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16148 of 2004 (6) dt.10-01-2015 2/2 the petition as a whole is dismissed.
