The petitioner is accused in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 448, 504, 506 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is that the petitioner in drunken state entered in the house of the informant and tried to commit rape on the point of knife and tor her cloths but on raising alarm, husband of the informant and other family members reached there then petitioner fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
