JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER --------------- 06-04-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. From perusal of the writ petition it appears that the petitioner wants execution of the order dated 25.05.2001 (Annexure-1) passed in Misc.Case No. 790 of 1987/93 of 1998 in a proceeding under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
For implementation of the aforesaid order, the petitioner should approach the learned SDM, Sadar, Bhagalpur. The writ petition seems to be completely misconceived. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
