06.11.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Parties No. 2 to 4 by the Sessions Judge, Munger by order dated 20.05.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 314 of 2015 arising out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 on the ground that they are threatening him.

This Court had called for a report with regard to it from the Officer In-charge of the concerned Police Station who has reported that there is substance in the submission of the Petitioner.

The Application is disposed off with a direction to the Court below to pass appropriate orders for
