Keeping in view Annexure-A, dated 04.04.2015, issued under the signature of the District Magistrate, Supaul, by virtue of which the benefit of A.C.P. has been extended to the petitioner in the revised scale, which is available to him, the writ application is now disposed off with a direction upon the Circle Officer, Supaul that it is his duty to ensure that the benefit in terms of payments of money by way of arrears and otherwise is made available to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order.

The said authority if necessary will no doubt

Patna High Court CWJC No.2317 of 2015 dt.06-04-2015 2/2 by approaching the superior authorities that funds are made available to settle the claim of the petitioner in terms of Annexure-A.

Writ application stands disposed off in terms of above.

Any default on the part of the said authorities will be dealt with suitably, if the time-frame is not maintained.
