A counter affidavit is being filed on behalf of the respondents enclosing an order dated 24.10.2016 passed by the District Magistrate cum Collector, Samastipur in Appeal Case No. 78/2015 so preferred by the petitioner, whereby her appeal has been allowed and the order of the District Programme Officer, Samastipur has been set aside.
