The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.393 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 371 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of offence, the petitioner, Md. Azad, who is in custody since 1. 5. 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.
