Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Bihar State Education Madarsa Board, Patna by filing a representation annexing the letter of the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Koshi Division, Saharsa dated 12.01.2019 within a period of four weeks from today whereafter, the Secretary, Bihar State Education Madarsa Board, Patna shall take final decision within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
