07-02-2017 Heard Sri Shambhu Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 15. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 1724 of 2013 to the extent of restoring the writ petition in respect of respondent no. 7. The writ petition stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 25-07-2014 against respondent no. 7.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the ground set-forth in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 1724 of 2013 be restored against respondent no. 7.

It is clarified that order dated 25-07-2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1724 of 2013 must be complied with within a period

Patna High Court MJC No.4723 of 2014 (3) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 of four weeks from today, failing which, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 1724 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.
