By way of filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Nawada (Ara) P.S.Case No.558 of 2014 registered under section 304-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the First Information Report do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged, which are cognizable in nature.
