2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bhutahi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 124(1), 103(1) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 03.09.2025 at about 09:00 A.M., Vilat Mukhiya and Lalan Mukhiya called her husband from his house to the house of one Rekha Devi on the pretext of some work, where the said accused persons, along with the petitioner, allegedly badly assaulted him and also poured hot boiled water upon him, resulting in his death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and the FIR has been registered against

No.21165 of 2026(4) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 five persons, including the petitioner, without revealing the specific role of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged occurrence and all the allegations levelled against the petitioner are general and omnibus. It is further submitted that the entire occurrence took place inside the house of one Rekha Devi with whom the petitioner has no concern.

On the other hand, learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner and submits that there is serious allegation against the petitioner as the deceased was taken to the house of co-accused where this petitioner and other co-accused persons firstly badly assaulted the deceased and then poured hot boiled water upon him, resulting in his death.

6. Considering the seriousness of the allegation as well as the role of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, her prayer stands rejected.
