Petitioner had applied for Anganbari Female Supervisor but she has not been selected on the ground that she has obtained the degree of Sahitya Alankar from Deoghar Vidyapeeth, which is not a recognized institution by the State of Bihar and so much so she has not kept any one of the following subjects, Social Science, Home Science, Psychology, Child Development and Nutrition Science, Labour and Social Science. In such circumstances, she does not
