The petitioner seeks bail in Murliganj Police Station Case No 335 of 2018 registered under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

13 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Madhepura in Murliganj Police Station Case No 335 of 2018.
