The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of informant by means of knife and also shoving the wife of the informant, dragged her holding her leg. He also snatched Rs. 5000/- from the pocket of the informant and snatched golden chain of informant's wife.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21697 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to some altercation took place between both the parties. Injury sustained by the informant is superficial skin cut over occipital region of scalp and simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) T.Kr./- U T
