2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No.421 of 2023 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner against whom the informant has alleged that his daughter was killed by her in-laws family.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2024 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 421 of 2023.

8. The application for bail stands allowed.
